Tartanium Band play Hampden Stadium Conference; Ceilidh and Pop

Hampden Stadium was rocking this weekend to the sound of Tartanium, Scotland’s up and coming bag-rock band. Performing at Scotland’s National Stadium, Tartanium played for 15 minutes of traditional Scottish music in a modern rock style. The band was followed by The Scraggly Cats performing both ceilidh music and modern covers for the international delegates at the conference. Alongside Tartanium there were two pipers and three traditional highland dancers to complete the stadium performance taking place as part of the Scottish Power Renewables Conference. The Edinburgh Wedding ceilidh band of choice for many is the Reel-Time Ceilidh Band They recently played at a wedding in the luxurious Lennoxlove House at the weekend. Located near Haddington in East Lothian Lennoxlove House is over 700 years old; steeped in history the venue boasts spectacular views over the Lammermuir Hills. Reel Time Mobile Bars at the VOWS Awards

On Monday Reel-Time Bars set up a V.I.P Cocktail Bar as a reception for the VOWS Awards (Voted Outstanding Wedding Supplier). Held in the Edinburgh Corn Exchange the VOWS Awards followed a Vegas casino theme; Mark and his team set up a Pop-Up Bar with a red and black façade. Serving over 250 guests the Cocktail Bar was busy for the nominees and sponsors drinks reception; Mark and his four friendly bar staff were on hand to keep guests entertained. Gleneagles Experience; the best in Scottish entertainment and hospitality

On the 10th November Reel Time Events travelled to Gleneagles to perform Gleneagles entertainment during The Gleneagles Experience. With the upcoming Ryder Cup in 2014 Gleneagles displayed the best Scotland has to offer; luxury food, drink and the best Scottish entertainment was presented to guests. Event Cocktail Production: Reel Time Bars set up another fantastic pop-up bar at yesterday’s Actuarial Conference at the EICC (Edinburgh International Conference Centre). Located in the heart of Edinburgh the EICC is an ideal location for a conference and its futuristic hydraulic moving floors allow the venue to be transformed. Popping Up to Waitrose. Mobile bar for launch event

Reel Time Bars attended a new store opening of Waitrose last week. Mark and his team were on hand to set up and run one of Reel Time’s Pop Up Bars. Reel-Time Zone Difference – Roddy the Piper and Visit Scotland at IMEX

Roddy left the sunny shores of Scotland for the bright lights of Las Vegas last week. Travelling with Visit Scotland to the IMEX American Convention Roddy helped share Scotland’s culture and tradition with the USA. IMEX is the largest conference for the MICE industry (meetings, incentives, conferences and events) representing 148 countries and 2,400 hosted buyers. Visit Scotland travelled to Las Vegas to showcase Scotland’s tourism industry; it was a great opportunity to display Scotland’s potential to representatives from around the world. Deal at Dundas Castle: Scottish Entertainment Event

On Wednesday night Roddy attended the signing of a £300m deal by financiers at Dundas Castle. Amid the Champagne and Canapés Reel Time were on hand providing the best of Scottish entertainment. Reel Time put on a Full Scottish Show including highly skilled drummers, pipers and clarsach players. During the celebrations two mini pipe bands drummed the beat to mark the momentous occasion. Alongside the vibrant music several Highland Dancers took to the floor to impress the guests in the traditional highland attire. The Scraggly cats playing at the Arran Folk Festival The Reel Time Ceilidh Band - Scraggly Cats were over in Arran last weekend for the Whisky and folk festival. Reel Time Events is a whisky tasting company based in Edinburgh. We were asked to put on a Whisky tasting for a health and safety conference dinner. We arrived at the Hilton in Glasgow while the guests were enjoying their dinner. Setting up the Whisky stations in a room adjacent to the dining guests.
