Our Scottish gin tastings showcase a diverse range of Scottish gins with contrasting styles. Past tastings have included:

Scottish Gin Cocktail Production
Reel Time can create up to 300 cocktails for large events and conferences either creating classic cocktails or crafting bespoke cocktails. Whether you’re looking for something sweet and fruity or refreshingly zesty; our cocktail makers are highly experienced and educated in the drinks industry and can create cocktails to your taste. If you have a larger event or conference and would like to offer cocktails, then get in touch and one of our team will be happy discuss your options.
For smaller groups we can offer Reel Time cocktail masterclasses. These are much more interactive and involve guests in the design and creation of their own cocktail. From choosing the ingredients to shaking their own drink we encourage guests to participate as much as possible. Our cocktail masterclasses are a fun and creative way to get your guests engaging with one another and often work as great ice-breakers.
Conference Gin Tasting Events
For large conferences and events, we run interactive Scottish gin bars or stalls allowing guests to sample the Scottish gin neat and then create their own perfect gin and tonic serve. This type of market stall style tasting works extremely well for large groups as it gives guests the freedom to network and socialise, whilst also learning about and tasting Scottish gin. If you would like the tasting more aligned to your company, we can bring in our professional mobile bar units which include backlighting and can be branded with your logo.
So that guests can engage and be part of the experience we let them be creative in the making of their bespoke Scottish gin and tonic. We provide a range of bitters and a variety of garnishes which complement the gins presented. This means that guests can experiment with flavour and design their perfect gin and tonic serve to their own taste.
Private Tutored Gin Tasting
These Scottish gin tastings are suitable for groups of up to 60 people and work for incentive tastings and more formal events. They are sit-down tutored tastings where the host will first delve into the history and production of gin, before guiding guests through each of the Scottish gins at the tasting. The tastings usually consist of 4 contrasting gin styles such as citrus, floral, sweet and dry. In a world where gin is continually growing, we like to change our offering to reflect interesting developments in the Scottish gin market. Our Scottish gin tastings usually follow the simple format of nosing and tasting the gin neat, followed by the addition of a garnish and tonic water so guests can experience the gin and tonic as a perfect serve. The host will explain why the selected garnish was chosen and thus how it compliments or contrasts with the style of the gin.
Reel Time Scottish gin tastings are perfect for a variety of occasions and you can read about some of our events on our blog. Some of the events we have featured at include:
- Pre-dinner drinks experiences
- Conference social programs
- Afternoon get togethers
- Post dinner tastings

- Gin masterclasses
So, no matter what the occasion, if you are looking to explore the finest Scottish gins at your own bespoke event then get in touch and our team will be more than happy to discuss your requirements.
