Reel Time Bars attended a new store opening of Waitrose last week. Mark and his team were on hand to set up and run one of Reel Time’s Pop Up Bars. After a quick setup Mark was ready to serve new visitors, staff and managers at the store refreshing drinks from the unique and stylish Pop Up Bar; with a white façade backlit by a range of colourful lights the bar neatly fitted Waitrose’s white concept store image. Deal at Dundas Castle: Scottish Entertainment Event

On Wednesday night Roddy attended the signing of a £300m deal by financiers at Dundas Castle. Amid the Champagne and Canapés Reel Time were on hand providing the best of Scottish entertainment. Reel Time put on a Full Scottish Show including highly skilled drummers, pipers and clarsach players. During the celebrations two mini pipe bands drummed the beat to mark the momentous occasion. Alongside the vibrant music several Highland Dancers took to the floor to impress the guests in the traditional highland attire. Reel Time tune up for Visit Scotland

Reel Time Ceilidh Band and Roddy the Piper were delighted to be invited to play at this year’s Visit Scotland Business Tourism unit  Gala Dinner at Brigadoon.  Invited were 150 event organisers, hotel managers, DMC companies and tour operators.  The band played a 30 minute set after dinner which got guests arm in arm.  Great comments from everyone, including newly appointed Chairman of Visit Scotland Michael Cantlay "Thanks so much for playing at this highly prestigious event for Visit Scotland". Edinburgh Conference Whisky tasting

Reel Time entertained the 2010 Nanotoxicology conference with a Whisky tasting for their 340 guests at Edinburgh City Chambers. We set up 4 Whisky stalls each of which was manned by a passionate whisky taster, who advised and entertained guests as they enjoyed a range of fantastic malt whiskies. Robert The Bruce Theme Conference

Reel Time organised a fantastic social program for a pharmaceutical company visiting Edinburgh for their annual conference.  Their vision was to have a Robert the Bruce twist on the conference and to give delegates a lasting impression of Scotland. We organised them everything from a clann battle to Highland games with a whisky tasting as an unwind on the last night.  Of course Robert the Bruce was officiating every day and keeping the guests in good spirits.
