Rackspace visit Edinburgh for Incentive Trip

Reel Time Events were happy to welcome Rackspace for their Edinburgh incentive trip with a selection of experiences to fully immerse the group in Scottish culture. Macbeth Premiere arrives in Edinburgh

Sunday evening Edinburgh welcomed the star studded film premiere of Macbeth held at Edinburgh's Festival Theatre, including Hollywood A-listers Michael Fassbender, who plays the title role, Paddy Considine and David Thewlis. Reel Time Events were lucky enough to be involved in the premier afterparty held at the National Museum of Scotland, with Roddy and Johnny providing a rousing Scottish welcome on the bagpipes to the 1500 stars and guests. Scottish Entertainment for The New Year!

Reel Time Events provided first class Scottish entertainment for new year for many revellers in the lead up to Hogmanay this year. Starting early, Roddy the Piper provided some upbeat bagpipe tunes for New Zealand party goers awaiting the bells at 11am on the 31st December and soon after for the Australians at 1pm at the Three Sisters Pub. Event Cocktail production for Actuary Conference

Event Cocktail Production: Reel Time Bars set up another fantastic pop-up bar at yesterday’s Actuarial Conference at the EICC (Edinburgh International Conference Centre). Located in the heart of Edinburgh the EICC is an ideal location for a conference and its futuristic hydraulic moving floors allow the venue to be transformed. Popping Up to Waitrose. Mobile bar for launch event

Reel Time Bars attended a new store opening of Waitrose last week. Mark and his team were on hand to set up and run one of Reel Time’s Pop Up Bars. Mobile Event Bar Edinburgh You know when you’ve been tangoed

Saturday we were at the Dance Base in Edinburgh providing a mobile event bar service for the Tango Community. The bar had a great selection of wines as well as Mojito's , mainline spirits and ice cold beers. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and it was great to see a close knit dance community coming together to share their passion for Tango . Really lovely people and some great dance moves!

A busy July for Reel Time Bars

It was a pretty inconsistent July for the weather but one thing that was a guarantee was a great month for weddings! Reel Time Bars were all over Scotland from Loch Lomond to Aberdeen and back to Edinburgh! At the beginning of July we headed up to Boturich Castle to set up a bar in their purpose built marquee.
