Reel Time Events is a whisky tasting company based in Edinburgh. We were asked to put on a Whisky tasting for a health and safety conference dinner. We arrived at the Hilton in Glasgow while the guests were enjoying their dinner. Setting up the Whisky stations in a room adjacent to the dining guests. Dundas Birthday Bash – Ceilidh at the Castle

A fantastic weekend of birthday celebrations was had by all at Dundas Castle over the weekend with entertainments supplied by the one and only Reel-Time Events! After an impressive Scottish feast in the Stag Chamber the guests were led into the Grand Hall to be met by 2 of Reel-Times incredible Highland dancers. Cocktail production at the Signet Library

The Reel Time Bars team were called in on Friday night to provide a specialist cocktail production service at a gala dinner at Edinburgh’s Signet Library. The event organiser from the law firm brief was to create a choice menu of 10 cocktails to tickle the guest’s tipples. They wanted this to feel like a style bar. Pixar BRAVE launch for Press, Edinburgh June 2012

The Reel Time Band were requested to come and help put some Disney PIXAR Magic into the international press junket for the upcoming BRAVE movie all about Scotland. We helped run the full programme of evening entertainment for the internationally invited VIP guests for our client, Partisan Events, who was running the event production of the entire 3 days of events. Mobile Event Bar Edinburgh You know when you’ve been tangoed

Saturday we were at the Dance Base in Edinburgh providing a mobile event bar service for the Tango Community. The bar had a great selection of wines as well as Mojito's , mainline spirits and ice cold beers. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and it was great to see a close knit dance community coming together to share their passion for Tango . Really lovely people and some great dance moves!

Bagpipes, Pink Kilts, Elizabeth Hurley and Breast Cancer Awareness

Had a great job yesterday piping Elizabeth Hurley in for one of her 4 international appearances to help with Breast Cancer Awareness. She signed special Estee Lauder products which were helping raise money for the charity. Later that day her and new fiancée Shane Warne switched on the Pink Floodights, to light up the Edinburgh skyline. Jungle City Pipers

It is great to be involved in culture and the Arts, so it was a pleasure to be asked to help out with Jungle city. You can find out more about the project through their website. Basically famous artists made wonderful jungle creatures, which were then installed around Edinburgh for a month. At the end of the month, a charity auction was held, so people could buy the art, and help raise money for charity (£800000 to date). A busy July for Reel Time Bars

It was a pretty inconsistent July for the weather but one thing that was a guarantee was a great month for weddings! Reel Time Bars were all over Scotland from Loch Lomond to Aberdeen and back to Edinburgh! At the beginning of July we headed up to Boturich Castle to set up a bar in their purpose built marquee.
