Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Reel Time gave us a fabulous time at our anniversary shindig at the National Museum of Scotland. The band has a modern sound coupled with the bagpipes which our guests found very conducive to dancing. Roddy is a great caller which made life easier for the less experienced amongst us. He can pipe too!
If you want an upbeat, lively evening then here’s your band. No hesitation in recommending them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Roddy and his team put on three excellent programs for my university college program in Edinburgh. Roddy led a fantastic session on bagpipes, while his colleagues taught another group of our students Highland and ceilidh dancing. Our students loved the programs and had such a great experience with Roddy and his team. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Roddy come in and do a session in our office while we had some clients visiting from London, as we wanted to give them the full Scottish experience!

We all had a great laugh and would really recommend booking. Roddy made the whole experience really relaxed and friendly, and it was such a fun way to spend an afternoon!

Thanks again, Roddy!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at Reel Time Ceilidh did an amazing job adapting to a NEW concept. We together combined a Karaoke event with classic Ceilidh to create the first CeilidhOKE event. Elaine Tilton came up with the concept, (2500 miles away in the US...) and the RT team and she collaborated to run the first-of-its kind event. The band worked with Elaine and James (the KJ) to have a seamless evening of incredibly entertaining fun.

I strongly recommend you consider hiring the RT team for any event!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Roddy and team at Reel Time were perfect! They were so easy to work with which means a great deal as we were planning our wedding from the states! They walked us through so many options, answered all of our questions and helped us curate a perfect wedding in Scotland! The Highland Games was a huge hit and the best way to spend our afternoon the day after the wedding for some fun! We cannot thank them enough for all of the memories they helped create!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at Reel Time Events put on the BEST Highland Games Competition for my family reunion of 70 people this summer at the Dalmahoy Hotel. They were incredibly communicative, accommodating and so easy to work with. We loved all of the events and we loved how they explained the history, how they are adapted into the modern competitions and they were thorough in explaining how to complete each event. The bagpipes were HILARIOUS. The whole family had so much fun! Highly recommend!!!!
