We brought in a couple of our friends from Mellis cheesemonger, who served up a great selection of Scottish cheeses.  Helping us to promote responsible drinking. We returned To Edinburgh University’s Play fair library for a whisky tasting experience for the Conference of Bibliographers. A smaller group of 100 guests had great interaction with our Whisky experts, and we laid on some great Scottish cheese for them.
