Highland Games at Dundas Castle

Reel Time Events were happy to provide a Scottish Highland Games Experience for a luxury German car company at the fantastic Dundas Castle as part of their incentive program. Last week Reel Time Events were pleased to provide a comprehensive entertainment and events package for SIU (Société Internationale d’Urologie) In partnership with Meeting Makers, Reel Time Events helped immerse the delegation of over 1000 attendees from across the world in a truly Scottish experience, giving them a taste of our authentic and exciting culture as part of the conference’s social program. Meetings and Incentive Trip to Scottish Castles | A Highland Games Experience

Last weekend Reel Time Events were pleased to provide the finest Scottish entertainment for a meetings and incentive trip. The client, an international cosmetic brand, was keen to entertain their high achieving sales team. Arranged through Cashel Travel, the guests enjoyed a day of Highland Games Activities in the luxury surroundings of Ferniehirst Castle. Reel Time Events organised an afternoon of fun and challenging activities including Caber Tossing, Scots Hammer Throwing and Welly Wanging. While this may sound like a physically challenging day, the Falconry Display, Bagpipe Lessons and Archery helped guests recover in between the more competitive activities. Visit Scotland’s Expo, entertainment by Reel Time Events

Visit Scotland’s largest business to business event, Expo, was held at the SECC in Glasgow this week. Hundreds of destination management companies, professional conference makers, tour companies and journalists descended on Glasgow to meet the very best that Scotland has to provide. Venues, service providers and destination management companies exchanged ideas and contacts with the delegates. Reel Time Events were asked to work alongside Event Scotland to help put a Scottish flavour on the evening networking event, Scotland in the City, for the 1000 VIP guests attending. Scottish Entertainment for The New Year!

Reel Time Events provided first class Scottish entertainment for new year for many revellers in the lead up to Hogmanay this year. Starting early, Roddy the Piper provided some upbeat bagpipe tunes for New Zealand party goers awaiting the bells at 11am on the 31st December and soon after for the Australians at 1pm at the Three Sisters Pub. Tartanium Band play Hampden Stadium Conference; Ceilidh and Pop

Hampden Stadium was rocking this weekend to the sound of Tartanium, Scotland’s up and coming bag-rock band. Performing at Scotland’s National Stadium, Tartanium played for 15 minutes of traditional Scottish music in a modern rock style. The band was followed by The Scraggly Cats performing both ceilidh music and modern covers for the international delegates at the conference. Alongside Tartanium there were two pipers and three traditional highland dancers to complete the stadium performance taking place as part of the Scottish Power Renewables Conference. Reel Time Mobile Bars at the VOWS Awards

On Monday Reel-Time Bars set up a V.I.P Cocktail Bar as a reception for the VOWS Awards (Voted Outstanding Wedding Supplier). Held in the Edinburgh Corn Exchange the VOWS Awards followed a Vegas casino theme; Mark and his team set up a Pop-Up Bar with a red and black façade. Serving over 250 guests the Cocktail Bar was busy for the nominees and sponsors drinks reception; Mark and his four friendly bar staff were on hand to keep guests entertained. Gleneagles Experience; the best in Scottish entertainment and hospitality

On the 10th November Reel Time Events travelled to Gleneagles to perform Gleneagles entertainment during The Gleneagles Experience. With the upcoming Ryder Cup in 2014 Gleneagles displayed the best Scotland has to offer; luxury food, drink and the best Scottish entertainment was presented to guests. The Experience allowed invited guests the chance to taste, drink and hear Gleneagles by providing a warm Scottish welcome. Event Cocktail production for Actuary Conference

Event Cocktail Production: Reel Time Bars set up another fantastic pop-up bar at yesterday’s Actuarial Conference at the EICC (Edinburgh International Conference Centre). Located in the heart of Edinburgh the EICC is an ideal location for a conference and its futuristic hydraulic moving floors allow the venue to be transformed. Reel Time Bars provided over 1000 cocktails for this conference serving 500 delegates.
