Meetings and Incentive Trip to Scottish Castles | A Highland Games Experience

Last weekend Reel Time Events were pleased to provide the finest Scottish entertainment for a meetings and incentive trip. The client, an international cosmetic brand, was keen to entertain their high achieving sales team. Arranged through Cashel Travel, the guests enjoyed a day of Highland Games Activities in the luxury surroundings of Ferniehirst Castle. Reel Time Events organised an afternoon of fun and challenging activities including Caber Tossing, Scots Hammer Throwing and Welly Wanging. While this may sound like a physically challenging day, the Falconry Display, Bagpipe Lessons and Archery helped guests recover in between the more competitive activities. Visit Scotland’s Expo, entertainment by Reel Time Events

Visit Scotland’s largest business to business event, Expo, was held at the SECC in Glasgow this week. Hundreds of destination management companies, professional conference makers, tour companies and journalists descended on Glasgow to meet the very best that Scotland has to provide.  Venues, service providers and destination management companies exchanged ideas and contacts with the delegates. Virgin Atlantic – Branded Event

Last week Reel Time Events organised pipers to lead guests from the Radisson and the Missoni Hotel up The Royal Mile to Virgin Atlantic’s brand event. Pipers were branded with Virgin Atlantic banners attached to their drones. Once all the guests reached The Hub one of the pipers addressed the haggis. This was followed by a dance performance by traditional highland dancers. After this The Reel Time Ceilidh Band played some upbeat traditional Scottish tunes to get the guests dancing; the dances were called to give instructions to guests who were new to the Ceilidh dance steps. Secret Scottish Event in London

Last week Reel Time Events were taken to London to organise the glitziest Burn's night events in the heart of London’s business district to 250 guests. Reel Time Events organised a whole evening of entertainment to create a magical evening for our client. What Scottish event would be complete without the right attire? Burn’s Night at Ardoe House – Tartanium and Dancers

Reel Time Events provided entertainment on Burn’s Night for EIF, the Energy Investors Fund at Ardoe House. Tartanium were set to play to 100 people at this extravagant oil and gas event. Highland Games Scottish Team Building Activities

What an event we had on Saturday at Dalhousie Castle hotel.  Reel Time Events were asked to deliver some memorable Scottish highland games activities the day before an Australian wedding. We were graced with one of Scotland’s most perfect summer days for the event, so things started well! We ran 6 highland games team building activities for the group, with the wedding party being split up into teams to allow them to compete for the chieftains’ prize. Scottish Entertainment for The New Year!

Reel Time Events provided first class Scottish entertainment for new year for many revellers in the lead up to Hogmanay this year. Starting early, Roddy the Piper provided some upbeat bagpipe tunes for New Zealand party goers awaiting the bells at 11am on the 31st December and soon after for the Australians at 1pm at the Three Sisters Pub. Reel Time Mobile Bars at the VOWS Awards

On Monday Reel-Time Bars set up a V.I.P Cocktail Bar as a reception for the VOWS Awards (Voted Outstanding Wedding Supplier). Held in the Edinburgh Corn Exchange the VOWS Awards followed a Vegas casino theme; Mark and his team set up a Pop-Up Bar with a red and black façade. Serving over 250 guests the Cocktail Bar was busy for the nominees and sponsors drinks reception; Mark and his four friendly bar staff were on hand to keep guests entertained.
