The smash hit musical Mama Mia! opened last night at the Playhouse in Edinburgh. The show, which features some of Abba’s most popular hits, will run until the 7th January 2017. The show first opened in London’s West End in 1999 and an estimated 60 million people have seen it so far. We were up at the Old Course Hotel on Tuesday for a fantastic event run by Visit Scotland for their Scotland Means Business workshop. 150 companies from all over the world converged on Fairmont Hotel for face to face meetings, networking and of course a VIP Scottish themed gala dinner (held down the road at the Old Course) Roddy Deans was comparing the event, introducing Bagpipers, celtic dancers and of course the energetic Reel Time Ceilidh Band.
