Rackspace visit Edinburgh for Incentive Trip

Reel Time Events were happy to welcome Rackspace for their Edinburgh incentive trip with a selection of experiences to fully immerse the group in Scottish culture. Reel Time Events, working with Thundermark, welcomed the Momentum group to the Edinburgh leg of their incentive trip. Travelling from South Africa for their incentive trip Momentum were treated to a truly Scottish experience by Reel Time Events for the Edinburgh part of their journey. Scottish Conference for BGL in Edinburgh

Reel Time Events had the pleasure of entertaining the senior management team at the BGL group for their Gala dinner at Edinburgh's National Museum of Scotland. Highland Games at Dundas Castle

Reel Time Events were happy to provide a Scottish Highland Games Experience for a luxury German car company at the fantastic Dundas Castle as part of their incentive program. Mobile Event Bar Edinburgh You know when you’ve been tangoed

Saturday we were at the Dance Base in Edinburgh providing a mobile event bar service for the Tango Community. The bar had a great selection of wines as well as Mojito's , mainline spirits and ice cold beers. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and it was great to see a close knit dance community coming together to share their passion for Tango . Really lovely people and some great dance moves!

Robert The Bruce Theme Conference

Reel Time organised a fantastic social program for a pharmaceutical company visiting Edinburgh for their annual conference. Their vision was to have a Robert the Bruce twist on the conference and to give delegates a lasting impression of Scotland. We organised them everything from a clann battle to Highland games with a whisky tasting as an unwind on the last night.
