Last week Reel Time Events were pleased to provide a comprehensive entertainment and events package for SIU (Société Internationale d’Urologie) In partnership with Meeting Makers, Reel Time Events helped immerse the delegation of over 1000 attendees from across the world in a truly Scottish experience, giving them a taste of our authentic and exciting culture as part of the conference’s social program. Virgin Atlantic – Branded Event

Last week Reel Time Events organised pipers to lead guests from the Radisson and the Missoni Hotel up The Royal Mile to Virgin Atlantic’s brand event. Pipers were branded with Virgin Atlantic banners attached to their drones. Once all the guests reached The Hub one of the pipers addressed the haggis. This was followed by a dance performance by traditional highland dancers. After this The Reel Time Ceilidh Band played some upbeat traditional Scottish tunes to get the guests dancing; the dances were called to give instructions to guests who were new to the Ceilidh dance steps. Burn’s Night – Stirling Castle and The Reel Time Ceilidh Band

The Reel Time Ceilidh Band played in Stirling Castle on Burn’s Night for a large company putting on an incentive trip for high achieving sales staff. Being familiar with incentive trips Reel Time Events knew the best package to provide; as well as the Reel Time Ceilidh Band they provided a stunning Highland Dance performance and got the crowd dancing to Ceilidh tunes. At the end of the night the guests were led by a pipe band beating the retreat and exiting the stunning grounds of Stirling Castle. Reel Time Events organised entertainment in the Glasgow Science Centre for the Best Western’s conference who are adopting the slogan ‘Make the Magic Happen.’ The conference brought together staff hotel industry for the opportunity to indulge in an evening of entertainment and networking opportunities. On the first night Reel Time Events arranged fire performers, a drinks reception, jugglers and whisky cocktails produced by Mark from Reel Time Bars. Scottish Entertainment for The New Year!

Reel Time Events provided first class Scottish entertainment for new year for many revellers in the lead up to Hogmanay this year. Starting early, Roddy the Piper provided some upbeat bagpipe tunes for New Zealand party goers awaiting the bells at 11am on the 31st December and soon after for the Australians at 1pm at the Three Sisters Pub. Arran Whisky and folk festival 2013

The Scraggly cats playing at the Arran Folk Festival The Reel Time Ceilidh Band - Scraggly Cats were over in Arran last weekend for the Whisky and folk festival. This tied in nicely with the Arran Distillerys 18th birthday party, and what fun was had! Reel Time Events and Visit Britain entertain the Travel Trade.

The Reel Time team were recruited by Visit Britain to entertain 500 international travel trade guests. With all the exciting events coming to Scotland in 2014, there is a real push to market Scotland to international buyers; with the Ryder Cup, commonwealth games and a year of Homecoming The event was hosted at Wembley Stadium and was Visit Britains biggest annual event for business to business buyers.
