‘We understand that guests at these events want not only great tasting cocktails, but an element of theatre whilst their drinks are prepared’ said Mark Gilligan, Bar Manager.  ‘We staffed this with 4 of Edinburgh’s leading bar tenders who were creating the cocktails from our bespoke mobile bar units.’

Cocktails created were:  The Mojito, Blood and Sand, Moscow mule along with the old favourite: Southside fizz.

We can also offer clients themed bars such as; The Mojito bar, The Whisky bar and The Tikki bar.
