The Reel Time Events Team
Roddy has been entertaining audiences in Scotland and across the world for over 20 years. Whether with the Reel Time Band, as a lone piper or compering an event. With Roddy on the job you are guaranteed a memorable Scottish experience. With the Reel Time events team since day 1!
Juli keeps us looking pretty with wonderful website design. She also handles the graphic design for branding bars and themed events. Juli helps keep the musicians, staff, and clients happy by preparing and paying invoices.
Réna is our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (M.I.C.E) Coordinator. She works closely with clients to organise things such as Highland Games activities, virtual reality experiences and Scottish shows. Rena also works with our wedding clients, helping them to plan and coordinate their big day.
Tina is our lead Corporate and Conference Planner. With an array of event production for a major British institution behind her, she is a fountain of knowledge. Tina helps corporate and conference clients to find the right Scottish entertainment for their group or event.
Mark is our Bar Operations and Branding Manager. He takes charge in our whisky and gin tastings, as well as mobile bars and cocktail masterclasses.
Will is an accomplished Musical Director. He’s worked closely with Reel Time Events since its inception in 2005, coordinating events and shows with up to 100 performers.
Will is also a talented musician. He plays keyboards, accordion, mandolin, and even the drums when required. He has worked with us all over the world, from cruise ships, the Maldives for Burns Night, and even India for trade events.
The newest member of the team, Ross joined Reel Time in September. He is responsible for managing various social media accounts, as well as digital marketing strategy and video production.
